Service Agreement

By requesting service from us, you agree to these terms. Pricing is provided upfront and confirmed with you before any work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates apply to non-emergency work. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the actual scope of work differs once we begin, and we will communicate any change before proceeding further.

Scheduling and Emergency Service

Emergency response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on technician location, weather, and current call volume. We make every reasonable effort to respond promptly to emergency calls.

Warranty

Workmanship on completed jobs is guaranteed for a period disclosed at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and handled according to the manufacturer's own terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service that are outside the original scope of work, though we will disclose and discuss any such findings with you directly.
